Cleanliness was top-notch and the made-to-order sandwiches were a delightful surprise. The room’s peace was occasionally disrupted by noise from above, but luckily it was a calm night. A recommendation would be to choose a top floor for a quieter experience. Despite the age of the property, the service was exceptional, making it a place worth returning to.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We enjoyed visiting Heinz Field and even got a quick game of basketball at the hotel. The location is perfect for dining and shopping at the nearby mall. A convenient place for future events in Pittsburgh!

The airport shuttle wasn't running upon my arrival, which was a bit of a hassle. I ended up taking a Lyft.

I was really impressed with the size of the One-Bedroom Suite I stayed in. The full kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was a great convenience during my trip. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything was in order during my stay. The only downside was that the breakfast area got a bit crowded at times, making it hard to find a seat.
